I closed out of skyrim ran the game file verification in steam started it up again and fast traveled to another location first db sanctuary then to whiterun and the textures were back to normal. In version 1 4 some vanilla styles are replaced with new high resolution textures. All textures were carefully overhauled to maintain the original style. This mod provides lore friendly high resolution textures and improved meshes for most of the rugs in skyrim.
